Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service govern all commercial freight bookings, transportation arrangements, and logistics support services provided by Royal Route Logistics ("the Transporter") to business clients, manufacturers, and consignors ("the Customer").

2. Quotations and Booking Confirmation

All quotations provided via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on declared cargo weights, dimensions, pickup/drop locations, and prevailing market rates. A booking is considered confirmed only upon issuance of an official transport consignment note, booking confirmation slip, or dispatch acknowledgement.

3. Customer Obligations & Statutory Compliance

The Customer agrees and guarantees that:

• All consignments are packed and labelled securely for highway, rail, or air transit.
• Accurate weight, volume, and commodity descriptions are declared prior to vehicle loading.
• All statutory tax documents, including valid GST invoices, E-Way Bills, and state permits, are handed over before dispatch.
• Consignments do not contain prohibited, hazardous, contraband, or illegal goods under Indian law.

4. Transit Timelines & Highway Conditions

While Royal Route Logistics strives for punctual deliveries across all corridors, transit times provided are realistic operational estimates. The Transporter shall not be held liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events, including extreme weather, road blockades, highway maintenance, border inspections, or natural disruptions.

5. Delivery & Proof of Delivery (POD)

Delivery shall be deemed complete upon physical receipt of goods at the designated consignee address and signature on the physical or electronic Proof of Delivery (POD). Any visual damage or shortage must be endorsed on the delivery copy at the time of handover.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Carriage by Road Act, 2007. Any disputes arising out of or related to our transport services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
